all was great except the incidental charges
got charged 20.00 per day for incidentals and was not advised. I saw the bill and called the hotel after arriving home. Charges still show pending two days after.

Spotless and fabulous hotel, particularly good and ideal location close to everything. Spotless room with Netflix and shower, for instance. Location so close to many restuarants and shops, shops, and Clermont, FL.

You'll love the atmosphere, especially when the staff is as attentive as they were.
The price was a bit high for what we expected,, but honestly, the experience made it acceptable.

The lady that maintained the breakfast area was excellent. She was upbeat and went out of her way to insure all were well served.
Unable to get full credit with rewards program because of timing / sequence of check out.

Staff was very friendly. I've stayed at various Fairfields and they have been great stop overs.
They were in the middle of renovating. The breakfast was the same each day. Eggs and sausage. Biscuits and gravy. No bacon? The room AC had no fan to keep running....so it was cool....then warm all night.
